The Bingurg Trials were a series of trials held after the signing of the Treaty of Flopscow by Bingustan and members of the Coalition in the First Bingustani War. The trials are famous for the prosecution against many military members of Bingustan who we're responsible for the Floppa and Sogga Genocide and other war crimes. The Bingurg Trials we're held in the Bingurg Courthouse located in Bingurg.

After the Treaty of Flopscow was signed by Bingustan, they we're forced to trial many of it's generals who commited war crimes. Thus the Bingurg Trials we're in process.

For the trials, Bingustan set up it's own judge, Iona Bingenski, however for seperate trials the Floppaslavian Mikhail Flopperski and Soggastani Ale Sogmaku we're the judges.

The Trials[]

The Bingurg Trials we're officialy opened on September 1st in the Bingurg Courthouse, Bingurg. The Bingustani judge was at the first session. The prosecution entered indictments against 21 military members, with the indictments being for:

  1. Crimes against humanity
  2. Participating in war crimes

The Bingurg Trials ended on January 1st. The Bingurg Trials are considered the biggest Trials in Bingustani History. Also following the Bingurg Trials, a Bingustani general who was one of the perpetrators of the Floppa and Sogga genocide in Flopxico was kidnapped and brought to Flopsrael for his trial.

The Bingustani Democratic Government in 2030 let tourists visit Courtroom 5 (the courtroom where the Bingurg Trials took place) when no trial was on hold, a permanent exhibit of the trials was put in the courtroom as well.
