The Flop Elemental is a demonic creature mentioned in the Holy Flop Book. It lives in hell and releases Lost Flops, which torture whoever the Flop Elemental spat them at for the rest of eternity. Depictions of the creature vary, but the most common is of a big, floating Floppa head with two small arms. They are stated to be a mid tier demon, being more powerful than the common Bingimp and Zombieflops but not as strong as the Sog-Vile or the Bingron of Hell.
