A bomb blueprint from SOG-TEAM-3 base

Description[]
EB is an invetion that was created by SOG-TEAM-3 and leaked to public by unknown worker. The construction is hard to know for other people but on black markets it costs 600-400$ to buy one.
Design[]
A 3 paralelipiped squares connected with glue material, with electrod connectors inside them and a sparker. It has a sticky appliers to place on surface. It comes with a remote. The remote has a button on it and while pressing on it, the bomb electrods are going togheter and sparking, resulting in a short circuit and explosion that electrifies the zone within 15-30 meters. To make short circuit with explosion, it have wet sponges in it and transformators that expand the explosion. Everyone who got in zone got shocked and if the bomb regulators were at maximum, the person could die from electroshock. Explosion takes 90000000 volts, the zone does 1,5 million volts. It can be used to shockwave cars, so they wont start engine. Or disabling electrical or communication systems.
Instruction[]
Dont touch anything, first off open the bomb and make the sponges wet. Place it back carefully back to their bay.Then put on explosion power, volts. Apply bomb on surface and go 30 meters from it. Choose bomb with remote and press red button to activate.
