The Bio-Researcher is a dangerous creator of Bio-Weapons for Herbertia, and is a very important character in history. He is notable for single handedly reviving the Plague of Flop.
Life[]
The Bio-Researcher was born next to Herbert, however he was adopted before he could fall into poverty like his brother. He matured and became highly successful in college.
During an accident a gas mask was permanently attached to his face. This actually helped him as he became a virus producer, and therefore he had to get close to dangerous chemicals.
Herbert found his long lost brother and recruited him into Herbertia, of course, the Bio-Researcher accepted. Herbert tasked him with bombing Bingustan with a revived Plague of Flop and infected many people with it. The Bio-Researcher managed to launch the Plague of Flop, starting the Great Plague of 2031.
Arrest[]
After he was discovered to be the culprit behind reviving the Plague of Flop. The Bio-Research went into hiding. However he was eventually caught while living in a cabin on Mt. Googas, he was arrested by the Democratic Government in 2032.
Changing[]
After release in 2038, he managed to get off his gas mask. After that, he decided to research unknown thing in his lab on Mt.Googas.
