Bingar was a self employed spy for the Floppa Clan, and attempted to give important Bingustani plans to The Floppa Clan. However his mission was unsuccessful, and he was shot down by Anti-Bingus aircrafts after entering Floppa Clan territory.
Life[]
Bingar was born on August 2nd, 1986 in Soggastan (modern-day Bingustan). When the 1994 Soggastani Revolution happened, Bingar hated the new government. In 2010, Bingar was forced to go to Floppaslavia due to the proclamation of Bingustan.
He was unable to get a job anywhere because of his appearance, and was ignored by The Floppa Clan despite his constant support and loyalty.
In 2015, he finally had enough, and got past security into Bingustan to collect information to relay to Floppa Clan without their permission. After 2 long year of spying on Bingustan's operations, he got past border security again and went to the Floppa Clan HQ to request to speak with their leader. Upon entering the vicinity of Floppa Clan HQ he was shot down by anti-Bingus aircrafts. Later, guards patrolling the perimeter found Bingar's body and valuable documents that he had with him.
