The BAF is a demonic/angelic entity who was apparently the first being in existence. In the Holy Flop Book it is said he was banished to the Flopper Belt by Floppus for waging a war on creation. (and failing)
He wield incredible power, capable of creating matter from nothing, including anti and exotic, focusing energy to create beams, summoning psionic entities, telekenisis, summoning natural disasters, etc.

Currently, there is no known way to summon BAF. During the 2017 incident that shut the facility down, a small army of cultists that worshipped BAF invaded the facility. They managed to teleport in quite a few of his thralls, but thanks to the death of their leader at the hands of Gordon Flopman, they were unable to summon him directly.
